This brings back so many sweet memories. Forty years ago when I was first married, my husband and I bought a macrame “how to” book and a lot of yarn and made Christmas presents for everyone. It was a lot less expensive then, than it is now. But we had so much fun learning the knots with just illustrations. I remember then as a time that we got to know each other and had fun doing the simplest of things. I think I’m going to order some macrame yarn and see if we remember anything. Lol. This is beautiful work and I’m so glad this is an art that is coming back. New subscriber here. 👍🏼🤍

I've just finished making this curtain, I am a beginner, I've only made a couple of planters and some key rings before😂, it's taken a week to do, a few hours a day, it was so therapeutic and the step by step instructions were amazing, it's now my new fly curtain in the hall, thank you for a fantastic tutorial ❤
