DIY Marble Home Decor - easy Air Dry Clay Project

Hello everyone,
in this video I show how I marble Air Dry Clay.
It's a very easy DIY project. No kiln, no pottery wheel or any specific tools are required. The two main ingredients are Air Dry Clay and Acrylic Paint.
You can use any air drying clay for this. I used the one from a brand called FIMO.

Toll! Wunderschön sehen die Stücke aus. Für den Becher die Seite in ein Parallelogramm zu scheiden ist eine super Idee. Das werde ich mir für mein Nächstes Projekt merken 🙏🏼

Hallo liebe Jana, hab mir heute spontan Ton, Pinsel, Werkzeug und Farbe gekauft. Morgen probiere ich mich mal im Töpfern aus und bin froh, dass ich hier auf dich gestoßen bin! Die Tonmarmorierung wird beim trocknen nochmal deutlich heller und somit kann man ruhig noch mehr Farbe verwenden und das ist sehr gut zu wissen. Ich hab zwar noch nie getöpfert aber könnte man dann nicht rein theoretisch auch ein Regenbogenmuster oder so durch deine Technik herstellen? Ist doch evtl auch ne gute Video-Idee für dich 😉

Hi Jana, thank you for your videos, very helpful. My daughter is very crafty, is there any clay kit you recommend me to buy her? what are the basic tools she needs? also type of clay to buy? and the fire you mention at the end, will that go on the oven? Many many thanks!

There is 2 types of clay if she just wanna make jewelry dish for Designing Air drying clay would be good it doesn’t need oven in the air it will dry If she want to makes mugs and pot and dishes for eating in it she’ll need pottery clay which is necessary to have a kiln because in normal oven it will not be hot enough to make it Ceramic or safe to eat
