I’m new with the locs , I have some questions . I hear people talking about to combine their locs, why should them do so? Tell me do I really need the loctitian while there are many many videos on KZfaq fb instagram talking about the microlocs? Tell me what was your struggle before you maintain your microlocs?

I just finished installing my microlocs yesterday.... My locs look just like Kendras in the first pic. Super excited to take this journey... Thanks for the inspiration, your videos motivated me to take the leap after three years of thinking about it.

I've been considering myself for years. How long did it take to install? Did you simply two strand twist your hair into micro twists? Did you leave the ends loose? Sorry so many questions?🤣

@@blackbetty9803 My daughter helped me. Two days to part and two strand twist and two days to interlock. I have a lot of my hair out on the ends bc I want them to be curly and bc I need to trim my ends, I didn't do before installing.

Is your daughter interested in getting sisterlocs? Her hair texture is perfect for them. As an athlete it is much less maintenance.

I don’t understand, is it that u only freshen up the roots? Or u plait over ur entire hair all the time?

katelyn williams these are locs so when the roots grow out I tighten them using the interlock method. I leave the rest of the hair alone
