Watch as we take our first trip to Montana hunting public land elk. Throughout the first few days we learned a lot. Never doing this before everything was an experiment for us. Trying new set ups, new calling techniques and exploring new ground. We also had to battle tough weather conditions along with an exceptionally wet summer in Montana which lead to vast food sources for the elk and being so early in the season that made it very tough to locate them.
