Hey guys, (sorry if I sound super boring, I recorded the audio at like 5 am lol) this is how I make and apply one of my all time favorite hair masks for growth & definition, this mask has followed me through my 5 year journey and I still use it bi-weekly to this day. SOOO I Just rinse this mask out of my hair and I absolutely loved it! I kind of recently just started my hair journey, I haven’t really been straightening my hair that much in the past six months however I have been neglecting it LOL. Haven’t been wrapping my hair or doing any sort of treatments… My hair was hella dryyyyy! Washed my hair this morning and left the mask in for an hour, rinsed it out and my hair was LUSCIOUS!!! I’m definitely going to be incorporating this into my weekly routine! And it’s very cost-effective :) THANK YOU!!!

im a dude with 3b hair, and i havent been taught how to take care of it and make it look the way it should. i had always brushed it, let it friz, etc and it was starting to feel.. wrong. so thank you for this vid, its about time i take care of my hair lmao

Next time you do a mask with honey and oil, pur the oil first, that way the honey will slide easier!

I tried it yesterday and I FELL INLOVE! My curls are SO defined and smooth! Rocking my second day hair today and I love it! Definitely have to incorporate more natural hair masks into my routine!

Do you jus rinse it off or do you use shampoo? Cause after using shampoo hair might be dry again..

Amy on her rectangular devizz : I washed it with water first then washed it twice with shampoo to take the excess. I guess it just depends on the shampoo you use. Remember to use no sulfates or harsh chemicals on your curls as this will dry your hair!

Thank goodness for this recipe! I recently relaxed my hair because my curls were getting to be a bit too much. My curl pattern relaxed by a LOT and is barely a tighter curl than yours now so it’s a bit easier to manage. However, it is so so SO dry from all the chemicals and I couldn’t find a hair mask that worked for me very well. Even before I relaxed my hair, it was horrible at holding moisture lol. Great recipe and video!

I have basically lived most of my highschool life with straightened hair. I do indeed have some damage. I will try this mask since I'm starting my hair journey. hopefully, it heals some of the damage

Try Castor oil. It helped my brother soooo much bc he had hair loss due to medical reasons and I told him to massage his hair with Castor oil and in a week u could already I see the difference. I just realised this comment was from a year ago...😂😂😭

Heyy, I had some questions. I’ve been transitioning for months now (7 months), yet my roots are flat after leaving the shower, even after I use a diffuser. I have 3b/c curls and no products seem to work with my hair - shampoos, conditioners, curling creams, nothing can tame the frizz and it keeps getting tangled and feels so dry after one day. Can you tell me your routine in the shower and how you wash your hair? I can’t seem to achieve any volume and my roots are so flat. Do you brush your hair in or out of the shower? what kind of shampoos and conditioners do you use? and your products? It would help me out soo much :) Thank youu

This worked wonderfully on my cousin! He has dry type 3 curls, and I love to play with remedies. First try, 30 minutes, and his curls look glossy and formed in perfect spirals. I wish I lied and said it had to be an hour to get a deeper conditioning, but he didn't want to wait that long. I'm teaching him it for a regular routine, and I am sure with time, he can get softer locks.

hello um i have been watching you for a long time know but like how often should i try that mask on my hair cause my hair is damaged like i straitend it to much and my curls barley pop up so then i stop over heating my hair and started to do my hair better know and its hella dry know like when i wash my hair i always put a mask on my hair after i wash it i leave it on for 15 minutes and when i go out it drys up so quick plus i scrunch my hair alot with a towel when i get out of the shower. so do you have any recomadtions for me to put in my hair? to make it more healthy and for it to stop being dry all the time.
