I watch quite a few videos when it comes to working on my own projects. Always looking for new approaches and ideas. Your video, without a doubt, is among the top 5 videos depicting the steps to completing a project, subject content aside. Thank you for the time you invested in putting this very professional presentation together. Outstanding.

Great job! 👍This would be perfect for what I want. Sounds great. Could probably drown out street noise

Thanks, thanks exactly why I built it, we don’t live far from M25 (London), this did the job! Now we enjoy sitting in the garden especially in the summer. The idea is there, doesn’t have to look like mine (fireplace style) you can do anything using imagination and pump parts I used. Good luck. If you do one this summer please share pics with me, somehow. 👍

I love it!! very nicely built. Seems like the pump is a bit too powerful though? If you build a pvc frame and put some egg crate over the container you could put rocks to cover the wire mess.

Thanks. Just wanted to get a pump that will last, thought I get the biggest I could afford 🤓. Trying to digest/understand better about what you’re saying re pvc frame 🤷🏻♂️, I’ll get it at the end. Thanks.

Hi, ive built a water feature waterfall out of breeze blocks, they look like a planter going along the edge of my raised patio and a lower pne running along side it at ground level. I really want to tile them both on the inside, waterproof them and make sure that water doesnt get into it and that the tiles dont crack when the cold weather comes. Do you think that what you have used would work? Btw brilliant job, i love it and yours is the only video ive found with informative info on products to use, so thanks.

Hi. So far I’ve had no cracks so I think your suggestion is good to go. All material used is for external use. Being in UK (not sure where you’re from) there’s a lot of fluctuations in weather and so far no cracks. Just make sure you use an external grade grout and leave no gaps, even tiniest gap/hole can be damaging later.

How tall can you build this without the pump freezing up I'm located in Florida. I want to do this but without digging my container in the ground. I want to build a frame around my container and add stones or something.

I see you put cement board and screwed it in to the plywood. But I also see you tiled on another board on the ground? Can you clarify? Thank you

Sorry, just seen this. Tiling was on the same cement board only which was screwed to the plywood.

What did you put over the bucket to keep rock and debris out?
@Bits-n-Bobs3 ай бұрын
A strong wire mesh which I cut to size. Initially chicken type mesh which wasn’t strong enough, afterwards I went to a DIY store and found something which did the job well, as mentioned I chopped it to fit.
