Keep those paper scraps. Here is my process video showing how I make these fun DIY Paper Bunting Embellishments, great for beginner crafters to paper crafting/scrapbooking using only minimal craft supplies or if you want to get started making paper layered embelllishments.
Heart shape punch I’m using is 20mm size
Measurments: Base 1 1/2" x 2 1/2, Fish Tail Banner: 1" x 2" Top Strip: 3/4" x 2 1/8"

I think I may make some suitable for guys, also. I have a whole set of hiking/camping stamps, and dies, and a couple paper pads that go really well with them, although different brands. And a whole lot of scraps from it.😊 They might help to decorate a guy card, when I need one in a pinch.

Nice little trims. I would be inclined to add about 1/4" on 3 sides of the vellum, folding it around and adhering to the back, so glue doesn't show at all, and you would have a full pocket.
