I just started watching your channel. I make a lot of melt and pour soaps. I just tried this... It was suuuper easy and I made them in little shapes! I had most of the ingredients too. I also substituted the Shea butter for coconut oil (my best friend is allergic to Shea butter). Thanks so much for this tutorial!

My red cubes are cut and soo cute!! These turned out very nicely and were very easy to throw together. I used cranberry fig fragrance as I didn't have peppermint on hand and it was the most Christmasy fragrance I had. As a desert dweller these are lovely for dry hands.

In no order of preference, I've gotten containers for various hygiene, grooming, personal, gift & sample sized products. I start at the discontinued, overstocked and clearance items areas. Often times you'll get lids thrown in with them. I dont remember which company but (i do but dont want to play favorites) i got 700-6 oz clear square bottles with lids for $4.75 and $4.25 for shipping -- $9.00 bucks for 700 bath salt bottles with screw on lined lids in less than 48 hours after ordering. I called back and got the other 1400 they had. From a different one same week i found 2800-3oz bottles with choice of lids-colours and delivery methods varied-mist-pump-squeeze-screw on-those were a whopping two cents-or a penny a lid and a penny a bottle. I also ALWAYS buy essential oil in as large of a size as i can afford when i order. They VERY 1st bottle my mom or son opened and were walking it to me....cleaning up 32oz of any oil off slick smooth kitchen flooring is challenging ! I still get in as large as i can BUT i buy 1/2oz or 1oz dropper bottles to use-easy to clean an ounce of oil. You can get 100 of them for about $35.00 in up to 11 colours - i dont fuss with labels or other things to redo - i have a $1.99 engraving tool from Amazon who's 2 AA batteries i replace about every 18 months. This tool goes DEEP and WIDE on its own with no force from my hand they come with 2 extra heads and 2 other shaped heads. They only die after maybe 100 drops on a cement floor. So here they are. 1.SKS, 2.BERLIN PACKAGING, 3.THE BOTTLE STORE, 4. ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES, 5. BOTTLE STORE. 2 of them will do labels for free on certain items, the 1st x #, ECT. 1 of them labels are included in prices. I have used that yet...as ive just gotten my recipes down and decided to move from hobby to business with this after about 15 years of letting my friends be my testers and critics on all products. WOW what alot ive said because of a commit about make sure its air tight !

Wondering if the colour from the red cubes would bleed into the white ones over time? Would love to try this, but I'm curious how well they'd store?
@kali39667 жыл бұрын
i think there's a chance, but as long as you keep them in a cool,dry place in an air tight container they should at least stay for a while, but with sugar scrubs in my opinion it's a good idea to not keep them for too long anyways. i'd assume once it starts sweating and getting wet it would cause a little bleeding.

Cheyenne Watson I have seen ppl put plastic wrap over them so they won't sweat maybe that would work for u too. give it a try and let me know. Also when they unmold them they wrap in plastic wrap like cling wrap to keep the from sweating idk if it works just seen lot ppl do it.

So, +Royalty Soaps I noticed there is a slight shake in your video in to intro. I don't know if you edit your owns videos or not or what type of editing software you use but if you aren't using a tripod and you see a slight shake in the clip just bring the clip into either Premiere pro or After Affects (both adobe products) you can just drag Warp Stabilizer onto the clip and it analyzes it and gets rid of the shaking.

I know this is a little old of a comment, but wanted to reply. I saw on another soap maker's YT that thay made a soap out of Pine Tar, it is very good for skin problems and in that soap mix they added CHUNKS of Black African Soap (which is mostly shea buter). I have not tried it, but it sounds like it would be wonderful for eczema and other problem skin. I have a close friend with the condition and I plan on making it for her once I get the basics down.
