Hi. Of all the plastic bag dispensers that are shown on youtube, yours STAND OUT AS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT TO LOOK AT. BUT. lower the ring by 2 inches so that the bags at the bottom can also be taken out easily. I made one, BUT, if the ring is a little bigger it will be THE BEST . Can you mane a source in India where I can buy the rings?
