Cute! Not sure if the flower hanging containers had drainage holes, if not I would suggest drilling some on the bottom so that when it rains water doesn’t collect in there and then you’ll have lots of mosquitos reproducing or yucky stuff!

Okay but with the sand and blue door it looks like an island house. Love it. Get a small inflatable for one side and a fluffy 4ft tree for the other for Christmas and run lights to it, so cute.

You guys did a nice job. You definitely achieved a farmhouse look. Things people aren't remembering with these makeovers is bright colors stimulate the brain and encourage imagination and creativity! The muted and limited color palette looks nice to an adults eye but children LOVE fun bright colors. After all it's for the kiddos to enjoy. 🎨 😁

This isn’t always true. Lots of children get overstimulated, especially ones with disabilities. Neutrals are good for kids as well. Not everything needs to be loud and obnoxious colors 😉

Haven’t finished yet but I hope you use hot glue instead of styrofoam because if that stuff gets wet it’s gonna make a smell and it’s nesting grounds for bugs.
