I really like this project..in this moment I use a similar configuration, box with headunit,converter,amplifiers and speaker boxed separetly..what you suggest for realize a single box all inside?

Thanks, in another project i used everything inside the speaker compartment, except the battery, i was going to put it inside also but in the end i did an outside compartment for easyer acess to the batterie, could used it inside and access the components by removing the speakers, you can check it here : kzfaq.info/get/bejne/q9B-rZxy07WbkX0.html

do you ever use the speakers spec to get the right messaure of the box? And the power from just the headunit cant be enough? should use a amp for the woofer

Thanks, for painting i used water based sealler and black spray mate paint, inside i used normal wood black paint apllied with a roller

Подсоединил 25-вольтовый аккумулятор, к плате у которой рабочее напряжение от 12 до 24 вольт (но продавец рекомендует 19v). Тут я просто похлопаю, моё уважение :D А то эти понижайки уже надоели, они постоянно "воруют" твой ток и напряжение. Не шучу. P.S. Только вот громкость колонки не понятна, потому что снималась в метре от нее + качество блютуз сигнала тоже остается загадкой.. И ёмкость аккумулятора при 90-100% громкости не понятна..

Sounds good. Only thing missing is some foam lining the midrange boxes. Did you use a crossover and calculate your box tuning?

Thanks, i calculated the box size and vent for the subwoofer, for the midrange i did an aproximated calculation because of the box size

How much play time do you get on average on one charge?? Building something similar and trying to decide what size battery to use.

I have built 100W system and used 4s2p/16.8V/6.8ah my own made battery out of 3400mah liitokala 18650 cells (I checked mah's ratings too, seems to be good batteries). It plays for about 4-5 hours on max volume (depends on music style). So pretty much you can do the math. Small battery - more frequent recharges, big - heavier speaker and longer playing time. Also make sure your battery will be able to provide enough current to your amplifier.

it works, you can use an amplifier weaker then the speakers, for this project its ok because i needed it to be portable

@@justinguzman5308 You have to select an Amp that can output the speaker wattage, I'm not an electrician or anything. But you select amps that can output or handle the watts of the speaker or woofer. Specially with this woofers who are not self amped. There's a lot of KZfaq videos, just search DIY boom sub woofer or something a long those lines.
