DIY: Pressure Washer build and test

This is not a tutorial video. DIY pressure washer build is not your usual task. But I am not looking for an easy option. Also and most importantly DIY for me is like course of therapy. Regular small wins combined with constant boost of endorphins that is what keep me going.

Nice bolt together build. It would be nice to know what you spent. Parts list. This for sure Will beat cheap electric power washers and keep up or surpass many gas powered washers.

no explanation of any of the parts or why you assembled it such. Also wondering why you didn't put locktite on the bolts that attach the pump to the motor. I can see those internal screws backing out at some point and creating havoc. Probably a pretty good device, but not instructional at all.

Same here, which parts needed, specs etc etc....and that bottle of loctite i was questioning myself if I saw that right that it was open...and why why why poring the amount for 1000 bolts over 1bolt? That stuff is expensive man...🤣

He won’t share unless you pay lol... here u go what you will need is a hollow shaft ac motor with the matching pump needed the T section is just ka check valve or pressure relief valve that’s basic parts that can be researched online but the main component is the Hollow Shaft Motor ;)

I used this pump to replace the pump on a Ecell 3100 PSI pump. kzfaq.infoUgkxEU8wdEWW31diRsOawsCNfWEho39M27qd The model # is PWZ0163100.02 for those looking for a matching pump. It went on very easily - 10 minutes at most. Feels like a lot more power than the original but that's to be expected. Can't tell a difference when cleaning with the wand or floor sprayer. Would recommend as it was cheaper than most I found. The maintenance free aspect is definitely a plus too. Have used it through about 6 tanks of gas and have zero issues so far.
