You could put a 22 1/2 degree coupling at each corner and at the y to slant pipes down to the y at the ibc tote

Folks, if you use a water bottle instead of the ball in your first flush, you will get a better cleaning effect of your debris as it runs out of the first flush. A little water in the bottom of the water bottle will make it more stable in your flush pipe. A cap on top of the bottle and it will make an excellent float valve. And the best feature of a water bottle over a ball is because of the water bottles botom ridges it will allow the slow drain to completely empty all of the water & trash in the first flush pipe. BEcause the bottle will float higher in the water than a ball and will seal sooner. A ball will seal off the bottom when it's in the lower position, thereby trapping some debris on top of the ball.

question: If you put the tank up higher wouldn't it eliminate the need for an electric pump for the water and just use gravity for emptying?

Suggestion..., come off those gutters with a 90 degree street ell into a 3" Y with your clean out on the outside end. Also, you have a 3" sanitary tee in the middle (which means the water will only flow one way). They make a double sanitary (or double flow) tee that would flow from both directions. Did you make an updated video since completion?

If you haven't get black plastic sheeting to completely cover the white plastic of the inch tote. Doing this will prevent sunlight from causing the formation of green algae. It's easy to cover the tank if it's empty simply by lifting the tank out the covering it with black plastic sheeting.

Always buy twice as many fittings, pipe and parts that you need. You can always return it later.

thanks for your video, I am going to do this. What type of paint can I paint this with as my tank will be sitting on the south side of the house in full sun all day very hot sun in Oklahoma! From your video, I see I will have to paint it black and then paint it white to reflect the sun! what type of paint would you suggest? thanks ahead of time for your response!
