HI Gurinder, thanks for that video, can this kind of service also fix the problem, that actually no water is currently supplied to the canister in the humidifier? I check water supply, ok - canister new, ok, but still, no water fills into the tank for humidification...thanks for letting me know

You can buy a replacement valve on eBay for $25 ... better to just replace the unit than mess with trying to clean/repair an old unit .. will save time/money over the long run.
