Hello everyone. Today I want to show you how to make round macrame coasters!
You need cords 3 mm thick:
- 4 cords100 cm length
- 2 cords 90 cm length
- 2 cords 80 cm length
- 2 cords 70 cm length
- 6 cords 20 cm length
Diameter: 12cm without fringe

If you increase the diameter of the coaster, it will be difficult to maintain the shape of a circle. Look at my channel for a lesson on a two-color coaster Macrame Octagon Coasters. In this form it is easier to increase the diameter.

One way would be to increase the width and length simultaneously. Add new cords of decreasing lengths (in the progression demonstrated for this smaller size), and keep making square knots in the same pattern. The circumference will increase.

Hard to say. You need to experiment. You need to take more threads and increase their length.

If you want to increase the width of the napkin, then you need to add 2 cords, since the double square knot is made from 2 cords (4 cord ends). You also need to increase the length of the threads. But I think that the shape of a circle can no longer be made

It's cotton and polyester. You can use any kind of cord

If the cord is thin, then the fringe may not be fluffy. It may be possible to hang additional threads along the edges of the napkin, where there are gaps, weaving them into knots.
