Love the picture. My town is the Capitol, of Sunflower here in Connecticut. We have a place they grow Thousands, Thousands ,Thousands of Sunflower every year. You can go and pick them, the money all goes to MAKE A WISH F.. Every year they set a goal and every year they go over it. They also have a ice cream stand The very best around if,you can get there . Always, full of people. My two Niece have worked there since they were younger girls Always very busy and we also have 4k Sunflower run too. Very busy town every year. After ,the season is done for Sunflower. Their cows get a treat. They get put in the field. They don't eat them all . Only a small spot.

I started looking around my house and started grabbing things up and decorating them. It made so much sense! Why not add some extra accents to my own things? Now I’m going to the bathroom and getting my soap dispenser and my plastic box of q tips that I’ve had forever, just plain. Not for long! Great inspiration! I’ve already got a few things done for my sister. I love crafting! It’s so therapeutic!

Yes you can crackle with acrylic paint. You can. Crackle with almost any paint. Your projects are coming out really nice.

These are all so pretty! The first 2 are my faves. Thank you for showing the bead wreath form, I have a few and haven't done anything with them yet, and I just got a bee round from Temu - great idea! I love Temu! For those that love Temu too, if you haven't figured it out yet, I put my items in my cart, then let them sit there a day or two and hunt for the same item at a lower price on the site - works every time, they always post multiple listings of an item and the prices always change.

So you think using chalk paint is easier to do crackle? I tried it but I think I used acrylic. That’s probably why it didn’t work.

There is a hack I heard a long time ago to help bailing small nails. Use a fine comb to hold the mail while you hammer😊

Beautiful Sunflower decor! All of them so pretty! Love both of the rounds from temu! The lighted one is my favorite. The box would be great as storage for transfers, stencils, window clings, etc. The beaded wreath is so beautiful! Could you use two of the stained glass pieces back to back to make a two-sided piece to hang in a window?

Brandy, if you happen to find a magazine page that you like, could you paint the back with something to keep the words from coming through then put it down? Would that work? Love these by the way! Great job once again!!!❤❤❤

I have done that with calendar pages-painted them dark gray of black then placed them down-it works great. But magazine pages are thinner, so I’m not sure. You may have to play around with it and see if it is manageable. It’s worth a shot though!

I just wanted to give a tip. I'm sure you know but maybe forgotten. When you need to hold a small nail and fingers are too fat use a set of pliers to hold. I use my smallest ones for jewelry. You inspire me so I felt like helping. Country lady to the next.

I love it all. Just out of curiosity...what do you do with all of your finished projects? I have so many ideas in my mind that I want to make, but I don't have room for anything else in my house. Thank you!

I recycle them, give them away, or donate the parts. I can’t keep everything because I make so much. But there are pieces I keep for my home. I love them all but can’t keep them all.

If you had a crackle stamp, you could stamp on the bread board. That would be gorgeous too and add more texture. You can’t add a transfer on the cracks technique you used can’t you??

Yes, I saw Kendra from @lateknightcreations use a wood grain stamp and it was stunning!

I "accidently" discovered painting over mod podge will give you a crackle as well. LOL

I’m from the south, so I hear that accent a lot. I’m from Louisiana so we have a bit different accent but here in Tennessee, it’s different. You actually sound like a lady I work with. Just the things you say and the way you talk. She crafts as well so I had to check the name! 😂 but she designs tumblers. We apply labels to products, etc., and that was right up her alley when we had these tubes to place labels on. She was the only one that could do it perfectly and quickly! The little ones I could do, once she showed me how. The bigger ones, no can do! I was happy to let her do them. One more thing… different subject- I got these decoupage papers on Amazon and didn’t notice that they were only 6”x6”! They are beautiful but I think I can only use glue sticks to apply them! What can I use them for? If you have any suggestions or if you could possibly do a video on using them in some neat way, that would be great! It’s a whole picture of flowers with no space to kind of cut them and put just accent pieces without them looking like they’ve been cut. It’s hard to explain. Just looking for ideas or suggestions. I was very disappointed and just should have paid more attention to the size! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I also go some stencils that were bigger than I was wanting but I can find something to do with those. I’m not sure I can share pictures on here or I’d show you what they look like. Maybe if I matched the paint to the background of the paper, I could possibly do something with them. I just don’t know. Where do you get your paper, besides napkins and calendars? Thank you for your time. Stay safe! Blessings!

Thank you for your reply. I will send you the pictures. I’ll try anyway. I only have my phone and haven’t sent pictures in an email in a long time. 😂 The issue about the picture/paper that I have is, well, picture a 6”x6” piece of paper with a print of florals. The flowers are fairly small and they cover the whole piece as if you were looking at grass. It’s like a solid picture of an array of those flowers. If I cut it you would be able to see the lines. It could work for maybe a border or something to that affect. I just hate that I wasn’t paying attention to the darn size! I have one that’s a blue theme and one that’s a bit more gold/champagne, flowers as well. Let me see what I can do for the email. Thanks again!
