As a professional sauna user aka. A Finnish Guy I can say that The sauna Will Be only like whoppin 50-70 °c And yes I know that snow is a great insulator

No, it won't melt so easy, Ice block have high resistance to change state on heating if a good amount of pressure is being applied on them which it is as they are stacked one over other.

The last time I saw this much snow in one place was... Never. The climate in my area is too warm for snow and it rarely piles up, and that is still just a little for a short duration if it ever happens. I like the relatively warm climate, but I'd like to have snow at least once a year.

It holds up quite long, at least when made out of ice. Idk about snow. Ofc you have to “repair” it in between sessions. Gives off a real nice moisture too. I can only recommend it
