This is a sliding cedar table with a design.
The structure was designed with a wooden drawer on only one side.
It can be stored, but it does not have rails, like a miseogimun.
It has a structure that opens and closes naturally.
When I first completed the sliding cedar table, it did not open naturally.
Wood naturally contracts and expands over time.
It opens smoothly now.
Because the wooden storage box has a structure that falls out.
You can use it without the wooden storage box, or you can make another one and use the left side as well.
I only made one side for design purposes.
One of the characteristics of cedar trees is that they have sharp knots.
The knots of cedar wood are sharp and have a slightly reddish color.
Due to its nature, cedar wood belongs to the red family.
Although wood is resistant to moisture, cedar is less strong.
Durability is weak when exposed to nail marks or impacts.
It's like a steam sauna, but if you go there, you've probably experienced the distinct smell of wood.
This is a typical type made from solid cedar wood.
You can think of the smell coming from the steam sauna as cedar.
This is an example of using solid wood, not laminated wood, for something like a sauna.
I will explain how to make it.
Currently, in the case of the sliding cedar table, there are no marks of the pieces joining together.
I don't see the piece
The reason is that there is a small, round tree called a tree biscuit, and a groove is made to create space.
This is a method of inserting a wooden biscuit and applying wood glue to secure it.
High-level technology is required to create a picture without any traces.
This is a method of manufacturing a wooden board, inserting biscuits here and there, and applying glue to join them together.
It is shaped like Lego.

I will tell you the size
Because we manufactured the sliding cedar table ourselves, it was completed as a finished product.
Since it is a finished product and cannot be separated, I will tell you the outer diameter size.
It is 470mm wide, 760mm tall, and 765mm high.
In the case of the wooden beam, the design was created by thinly cutting cedar laminated wood into 30 square 30 mm pieces.
The laminated angle of mature trees must be at least 30mm wide and 30mm tall to support the load.

I will tell you the size of the reinforcement wood that is reinforced by inserting a beam.
Since the rib serves as reinforcement, it is 30mm thick and 20mm wide.
