Dzieki dobry człowieku za ten film ,dzieki niemu zmotywowałeś mnie do zaprojektowania takiej spęczarki tylko że dużo wiekszej o głębokości roboczej 350mm. Jeszcze raz dzieki. Pozdrawiam.

Większa głębokość robocza to same plusy jak rozumiem ? Czy do tego można założyć jeszcze jakieś inne końcówki czy raczej tylko spęcznianie ? Jak się na tym blachę 1mm obrabia ? Warto brać blachę wysokotłoczną czy zwykłą ?

This is not the correct item - Yours is a single part, where the sheet metal cannot slip thru - Used on the stretcher in the video is a two piece part, where the upper and lower parts are separate.

@@Reparaturkanal In the begining of the video, you can see that it is a one part model. I think then it has been separated to allow big metal sheets to be shaped.

@@jimb0w-garage251 I see you're right. Heliotech sells them, and the two piece units have four screws on each unit.

Looks good, shame it doesn't quite function the way it should. If you have to jump on the leg press like that I feel you have the leverage all wrong.

Thanks for comment. Not quite... If you look on majority of movies on YT everyone is shaping thin aluminium sheets... and it goes nice and fast... But if you want to strech or shrink steel that's different story. You need to put large force and spend some time on each piece of metal... This is not a matter of levers it is a matter of material that is being shaped. I tested various dimensions of levers and I think this is optimum.

I understand and respect your reply.My apologies if I came across rude. Can i ask what ratio you have. I believe 45 to 1 is the standard for hand leverage but as the leg muscle is stronger is the same leverage required. Thanks and kindest regards paul

@@TomTheBuildR I agree with you that there is nothing wrong with your leverage. What I see is you're to deep into the jaws. Try only shrinking just the outer edge of your piece. Lazze has a good video about not going in too deep and how if you're trying to make a curved piece just shrink the outer edge. Makes it easier and it's how it works. This video does not show the internal lever mechanism that is the heart of the machine. That's a little on the dumb side and certainly important to the build.

Bet you were severely disappointed after that project was finished. All that work amd material wasted to do something you could have done just as easy with a pair of pliers with a machined block on the end. GEESH.
