Does the fabric content of the leggings have any impact on the process? Does the fact that most legging aren’t plain cotton change the weaving process?

That's a good question, all fabrics are different. But I find more stretchy fabrics are easier to work with but aren't as sturdy as ones that are more cotton. So I tend to prefer the stretchy fabrics but cut them a little thicker.

Yeah for sure, when you want the design to end just cut a small hole and tie it off there like the first tutorial.

Lol I've played around with so many different ways to say it😂 "outside-out, inside right, the right way, inside-in" nothing sounds correct so I just go with the hardest to misinterpret. I am open to suggestions

What fabrics should I use when braiding clothing ?

I find cotton and spandex based fabrics work really well. Sometimes it's hard to tell how a fabric will react so I will make a small hole hidden somewhere to see if it frays. Stretchy fabrics are usually easier to use, but aren't as sturdy as the more cotton ones. Hope that helps😊
