How do you shape the clay without accidentally leaving nail marks in it? You have some really long nails, and don't appear to have that problem. I have really short nails, and I always end up accidently leaving marks from them in stuff with clay...

Hey there! I used to love being crafty before I had my kids. These days I never have any time, but I’ve always wanted to make little creatures like this if I can get the hang of it. Do you mind me asking how much money goes into making an art doll on average? I know when you sell them they go for a good amount because of the amount of work and all the love and effort, I’m hoping to just make some for my kids here and there only so I don’t have money to invest if it’s a lot lol.
