Your a BOSS BABE! I know the feeling of a break up and starting over. I did it when I left my children's father of 8 yrs and I was 8 months pregnant with my son and my daughter was 5. That was almost 5 years ago. It was a lot! Your videos help me make over our home. I left him and moved in with family for a few years and now we are in our own home. It isn't top of the line but it's in the best neighborhood in our town. Your videos have helped me overcome my fear of big power tools and what seem like big projects until you break them down. So thank you for giving me confidence to do projects in our home and make it everything and more for me and my babies! You are truly beautiful and an inspiration and I am very thankful for all you have taught me. When ever someone says "omg how did you do that" or "where did you get that from" I ALWAYS love saying I watch Rachel on KZfaq and she's amazing you'll love her! Gorgeous! If you finish your wood with a soap finish it gives it a more Scandinavian feel, is super cheep - it's soap and water, and feels amazingly soft when you touch it. It doesn't change the colour but somehow just makes it more matt.

I agree about how doing the room make over step by step makes it seem approachable, but also I liked seeing your bed in the half finished room. Sometimes I feel like a failure when I have to end the day on an unfinished project, so it was kind of refreshing to see the honesty of sleeping on a half painted floor. It's still nice looking!

It is sooooo clever to take it in phases!!!! You know that you watch the corner and everything is in place over there!!!! I loved the tip of the triangle for extra space on the desk. Sara Nena DIY

This video reminds me of muji design, simple and very clean, it is the perfect marriage of wood and white walls. Planning to have a room like this very soon!
