Today I'll show you how to make an aluminum jig, this is circular saw track guide, very thin only 2mm and precise. easy for build and cheaper than buy original track saw. low consume storage coz can attack and detach.

Prob one of the best that i've seen on youtube. The low clearance for the motor, the maximum depth of cut using sheet aluminum, the ability to extend it, the accuracy via the fence and slot, the ability to stay in one place without using clamps, minimal room it takes to store it, zero-clearance cutting line, looks to be minimal friction resistance when sliding saw mount, and I'm sure a couple other features that i didnt mention. I got one question - how much did all that cost, approximately? Thanks for sharing. Aloha

So, where do you find the mini T track and the T bar? how thick is the aluminum sheet, and how wide are the strips?

I buy on the marketplace for a mini t track including T bar. I am using 2mm aluminum grade A

I don't see how the jig keeps from sliding when you pass the handheld circular saw... those PVC straps must cause the friction

Original size aluminium sheer 100cm x 200cm. I use 145cm x 16.5 cm 2 pieces.

Klo dri pipa pvc asal pressya bnr gk akan melengkung, cm rentan pecah tp bs dicoba blm pernah cbain pke pipa pvc coz klo yg tebel mahal, jatuhya mendekati aluminium
