This tutorial shows you how to stain, make a stencil and paint your own wood table numbers for a wedding or elopement!
Supplies Used:

If you want to seal them use Polycrylic: amzn.to/2Kovn5C
Sanding block, washcloths and a paintbrush.
The wood blocks are from Home Depot cut from one long piece (by Home Depot).

Hi there...followed your awesome video but when I went to put the stencil on the wood, it would not stick. I used cricut stencil vinyl and then also tried using transfer type...ideas on why this is happening?

Do you let the blocks air out after staining and before sending them to your clients? The smell of the stain can be quite strong so I'm wondering what you do about it.

What size was the original piece of wood that you purchased? And what size did you have them cut the blocks in to? I'm planning on doing this for my upcoming wedding.

This was cut from a 2x6 and they are about 4" tall. Hope that helps and best wishes to you!!

I do t have a cricut or any machine is there any way I can buy the pdf or file to print them and chalk it myself

About how much do these cost to make? I’m looking at about 50 for my wedding.

I'd stick a vinyl decal on versus the stencil and paint. It will be cheaper and much faster! I already had the vinyl and stain, so whatever the price of wood is in your area plus those few smaller materials :)
