Today I'm testing the Kiss Color Dip Powders. I was eager to try out more dip powder nails and was happy to find out that there were so many colors of the Kiss dip powders available. Idk if she’ll ever do this video but I’ve gotten my nails done for years now and I’ve recently switched to dip powder because acrylics damaged my nails pretty bad. Basically dip is seen as the “healthier” option because you can get it done on your natural nails or with a tip if you want longer nails and it’s just a powder on top. Definitely if you want to keep your nails healthy I’d go with dip. Idk much about poly gel tho. Hope this helps!

I do not reccomend polygel at all! They are horrible to work with. I prefer acrylics or acrylic nail dip!

I’m not an expert, BUT... to make it easier to shape, I just apply activator after every coat of the dip powder. Makes it so much easier to shape! No gummy filing! 😁

Hi longhairprettynails! 😀 I love you video! I’m a dip powder nail tech. You might want to put a base gel coat before you put glitter gel because gel and dip powder don’t really stick really well together and the base coat help. If your gel start pealing you know why. 😊

Hi, I learned dip nails through watching lots of videos on here. One tip I learned for cleaner cuticles is to take an orange wood stick and clean around the cuticle after each dip. It keeps the powder from getting all messy and hard to clean after the fact. Loved your video, hope that maybe the tip I learned can also help you as well, with nicer cuticles. Even though I thought yours were very nice!

My goodnes!! Dip powder looks simply and easy to apply. I have done my first set of French tip Acrylic nails on myself last night!! It took me like solid 3 hours!!! @@iChipDip Dip cotton balls in acetone and wrap it over each finger nail with foil. Wait about 5 minutes and see if you can gently scrape off the acrylic. If the acrylic is still hard, leave them wrapped longer so you don't damage your nails. Once it's soft, it's really easy to remove. Just takes some time.

You inspired me to start doing my own nails. I’ve been learning and watching a lot of KZfaq videos and I’ve found it better to only use a couple of layers of the colored dip powder and top it with a clear dip powder. I love these store bought and amazon videos

So I've been doing my own acrylics and have yet to find the balance to get it glossy and clear. Plus I hate applying the polish because I'm horrible with the wait time to dry. Was very skeptical about trying dip. However, I'm absolutely in love with it. It's so quick and simple to do on my own hands. Thank you for your tips.

U taught me how to put on nails. Ty. U do the most intelligent thing with nails. U dip them into the powder and then u get it off. U dont go and sculpt it. I absolutely love how u do it. I learned from u. Ty. And ty fr teaching us. I do what u do and I love it. Uve taught me so much. God do I appreciate it. When I learned how to shape them that way, I knew I cld do it. Its all good YOU DO YOU! a lot of nail artists wear them and create custom sets with them as well. Myself included 💃 i love having nails but not while i am DOING nails if that makes sense lol so i can pop them on or off if i have a client

I love watching your videos. I use to do my nails all the time, but since moving into my new profession I can not have my nails done anymore. Your videos help me get over this haha.
