Very nice, we have Thor's helmet and Mjölnir. Now, man PLEASE I'm on knees I need Loki's helmet and Chitauri Scepter. Oh, and congratulations for your good job, you're awesome.

Did this yesterday with my 13 year old son, who had a scheduled presentation. Helmet looked pretty good, just had to adjust it a bit for the size of his head.

Kevin Paquini when i'm not using papermache, i will use mounting board, because it has smoother surface compared to corrugated cardboard :)

This template worked great. Movie helps with construction and helmet looks great, however, there is one part on template that is in center and bottom shaped like an upside-down U. Where does it go?

I see this is an old(er) video, but is new to me, so I'm hoping you'll see this. I've a custom made Thor costume, but not a helmet (yet). I think this is amazing work! I'm curious if you think this would work on EVA foam, as well as cardboard? That's what I'm intending to use?

if you want to put wall filler here, better make it with brown cardboard, or at least papermache this cardboard first, because i'm not sure filler bond well to mounting board :)

What is the difference between the 180 and 200 mm and what is a4 and can you just print these out on standard paper sizes with a standard printer, and how does it work when you have "scaled down" pictures on pages, and "original scale pieces on pages.
