It is impossible to fuse to pieces together with TIG and end up with a raised bead unless you are using filler. I enjoy watching his videos for the comic relief they provide. He is very creative and has some wonderful ideas and to the untrained eye his builds look strong, but should you decide to build one beef it up considerably if you actually are going to use it like a tool. A pretty paint job does not improve the strength, the durability nor the function of a tool.
