I think I can help you out with the beautiful hang tag from Spain. "Fet a ma", which is pronounced just as it appears, means "handmade", as seen in the parenthesis. The language in the frame on the front of the tag is Catalan, which I speak because I am. 😊❤

Theses are very pretty. Love the green color. The hang tag from Spain is gourgeous. She did a good job. A while back I made tags to mount my altered dominos that didn't work for that. Now I know how to use them.
