HIACE Secret Base Car Tour 2nd DIY window covering storage of the luggage compartment.
The right side of the luggage compartment is filled military pouch storage.

私もブラック大好きでお家もモノトーンなのですが、車内に関してはカーキ色を取り入れているので、すごく好みです。車中泊はしたことないですが、遠出の為に小物や雑貨を収納しているので参考になります。

壁面収納はスペースの有効活用になる上、寝袋を敷いても取り出しが出来るのでとても便利です。いま巷では浮かせる収納が流行っているとか。日本人ならではの発想ですね。

Hi there Little Camper! This was a good episode. It was nice seeing the switch over to the tan pouches. I like the lighter color. It brightens up the space. It was cool to see what you put in all those pouches. I do have a question. Just how noisy does it get in there when you are driving from place to place? Do all those metal pieces rattle around in the pouches or are they rather quiet? There is one more week of school for little Maggie. She is going to be so sad to not see her friends every week. Yesterday they had a POOL PARTY at school and her mom got to spend time swimming in the high schools big pool. My daughter Sarah was a varsity swimmer in school for five years! She was so good they recruited her onto the varsity team in eighth grade. So Sarah felt fantastic getting back into that pool. And taking her daughter for her first swim in that pool was bitter sweet. So many memories in that pool. Well you have a wonderful and safe week and see you on the next video.

Those patches with the Velcro like the first aid patch would be perfect if they had ones with cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, stoves, fuel for said stoves, bathroom supplies, and lest we forget, TOYS! That would be a fast way to see where everything is placed without having to open them all.

My aunt was stationed in Japan when she was in the U.S. Navy back in the 60's. She developed a deep appreciation for Japanese culture and it changed her life. She brought a couple kimono back with her and used to wear them a lot, and do her own version of the tea ceremony. To this day, we call her son (my cousin) Kenny Chon, even though he's in his 50's lol.

My husband does the same for his gun supplies and travel supplies. Here in the US, we have a company (5.11 Tactical) that sells these types of tactical pouches. The overhead sliding system is is my original DIY. It is a combination car storage side bars for TOYOTA HIACE and stainless steel pipes, elector pipe, related components from a local DIY store. I put lights and gears etc. on them.

I discovered your channel and am in awe of your organizational skills, attention to detail, love of outdoors, and your gentle humble manner. Your videos provide a zen-like meditative escape for me from ordinary life. I look forward to each and every one. It has also shown me aspects of Japan, large and small, that I never knew or appreciated. I hope to go to Japan one day, and see some of the things you show us. Perhaps I shall even get a glimpse of a white Hiace van on the road! The design of your van is unlike anything else I have seen. Truly authentic Japanese in its design and implementation. Wow, fantastic. It's interesting to see you dismantle all the pouches and show us how you created that holder. I notice that you even changed the colour of your gloves. You are so sweet. Those pouches are wonderful. We can get them here in the UK. I've been buying them for years, and, YES, they hold a lot! It's amazing how much stuff you can cram into them.
