Often multimeters already has frequency measuring mode, so consider buying multimeter instead, because there's more features besides frequency measuring unlike counters

You dont need to have one. You can tune either receiver or transmitter to get a signal.

the set frequency must have 143 at the end (***143 mHz) example: 587143 kHz. if 143 changes in value, it might cause electrical feedback

Дак rf модуль из старого видика или денди, взять можно. То-же самое но уже в коробочке и готовое. +5v, видео сигнал и вещай.

@@ANT1339 Видео магнитофонах во первых сигнал идёт на UHF диапазоне 21-69 канал где сейчас и вещает T2 цифровое тв ну и мощность выходного сигнала мала а вот с денди там я согласен на 10-ки метров вместо 2-5 метров от видео магнитофона тюнер. Ну и вещания с денди на VHF частотах 6-12 канал сейчас свободно.
