- 28g Pure Coconut Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
- 19g Raw Organic Honey
- .25 Tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

Hey hun! Sorry for the super late response. I keep mine in the fridge and take it out when I'm ready to use it. I'd say keep it (refrigerated) for up to 2 weeks because there's no preservatives in it. And yes, this measurement is for 1 4oz jar. ❤️
