Jason, What was it that you didn't like about the NSI harness? It looks like it offers a SS clip option.

The price. My full setup with hook, belt, padded belt came to about $60

Why not just use a more comfortable windsurfing or kiteboarding waist harness with stainless steel hook?

@@chuckr3398 you need to be able to slide hook to the side while getting on the board. I also slide to the the side and hook in going toeside as I don't switch my feet.

@@1971LIVING Hi Jason, thanks for posting this super helpful video and also link to the belt. How heavy is it? And how do you use the plastic hook with it? Can you feed that webbing through twice? And won't it be off center because of this belt's buckle? Thanks!

@@amtkim71 hi Albert, not sure about the weight, it's padded and soaks water but not a deal breaker. You slide the plastic hook onto the belt after you thread the belt through the padded support. Not sure what you mean about feeding the webbing twice, you don't need to. Yes the buckle is off center to allow for the hook to be centered on your belly. Maybe I should do a video of the harness belt as I'm putting it on at the beach to better illustrate.
