Hello Beautiful Friends!
In today's video, I am making a super easy DIY witch's hat using Simplicity sewing pattern 4136 that I purchased from Joann's. I am using a pair of Forever 21 pants that I found at my local thrift store (I donated a small amount to the charity of the month at the thrift store for these pants since they were damaged and could not be sold). The dress was saved for me by the manager and I donated a small amount for it as well.
I am using interfacing Pellon 931TD interfacing which was also purchased at Joann's.
