@@archangel4679 it doesn't need to be cardstock, but a paper higher GSM than printer paper is a good idea as it will hold up better.

Jason Schuele as a practicing witch myself I am curious, wouldn’t you be classed as agnostic....? Witchcraft has a spiritual aspect to it, be that a deity(s), fae, other figures/ entity’s of power or simply beliefs about everything having some power or soul, obviously I don’t know what your path is here... I am not particularly religious myself but witchcraft as a practice often coincides with religious practices. This is not meant to dam you in any way I am simply curious about your path and how it functions, thanks. ( for context I have one patron but I mainly work with plants and gather knowledge on them. Meditation also occurs but not regularly so as I stated above I am not the most religious witch out there myself)

@@AEmeraldEntity I follow a similar path to OP. For me, it's not necessarily believing everything has a power or soul, it's more believing certain things have properties and characteristics that can incite certain intentions. 💜

AEmerald Entity witchcraft itself is not a religion it’s a practice used either in itself or in combination with a religion or belief system. You can do both or just one without the use of deities. It’s rly up to the individual :) for example some may cast a spell but not call upon any deity for guidance or some incorporate their religious deity such as Hecate in a ritual or daily life. It’s a very forgiving and welcoming practice. I hope that makes sense

@@AEmeraldEntity not all witchcraft involves worshipping a deity or a god/goddess. a lot of it is manifesting and using magickal properties to attract things to oneself.

you probably don't know this but calling magick an aesthetic is quite rude and is similar to calling someone's religion an aesthetic, witchcraft is an ancient practice and I work with deities who don't take that to well ( deities are gods who we work with in magick) and it's rude to call the gods an aesthetic, maybe just find a similar aesthetic I know cottage core and angel core are pretty similar and you'll find a lot of hedge witches and herbal witches use that as their aesthetic.

This is the first I've ever heard of this I've just tried to google and nothing is coming up. Can you share some material or links so I can read more into it. "White Witch" to my understanding is anyone that practises White Magic. White Magic pursues the ethics of kindness and goodness it has nothing to do with race.

@@AshleeWhite hi! i mean no harm by this, lovely video, but witchcraft doesn't specifically lean towards good or bad. (this is confused a lot, i totally get it.) but yes, black magick and white witch are extremely racist terms, we try not to use those.

Ashlee White coming in on Sarah’s comments here, the idea of black magic was stared as a racial thing against things like voodoo and other common closed practices as a scaremongering tactic to make “black” witches seem evil along with unfortunately the skin colour (I am white and may have gotten aspects wrong here as as you said information is hard to find,I apologise if I have) Witchcraft or paganism itself tends to be neutral. Fire can burn but it can also light your path for example. The idea of witches being evil didn’t come around until James VI who was using it as a way to get rid of any non Protestants. (Yea I hate how a lot of shit in history is due to England. We were bastards) Before then witch was a wise woman, healer/doctor , midwife etc. Doing the jobs many think as more brutal at the time with advanced techniques. Also before JK Rowling witch was gender neutral,wizards(kinda like nerdy librarians) are different.
