Good video sir. Something to consider,if you have a tablesaw, set the blade to 45 degrees and cut off the corners. The 8 small corners will work much faster with less effort. Keep well and God bless.

Eventually you might want to switch out the drill chuck for something a little stronger, drill chucks arent really meant for handling perpendicular forces. It will wear them down fast.

Yeah, those saw blades aren't really meant to handle being pushed into something perpendicular either.. I mean, itll work until something slips and it falls apart, ooor until they cut into an artery... Like, this could work pretty well, but with a router, and a router bit instead of an angle grinder, and a spindle made from some hardened steel, attached to a pulley and countershaft. like if your gonna go through the effort of making a headstock, just a little more work will save you a lot of trouble. @@b3arwithm3

They sell a chainsaw blade for an angle grinder that would probably work better than the saw blade that you are using imo 🤷‍♂️

Bad idea. The circular saw does not cut very well with a side feed. The front edge is slightly blunted + plaque and the disc begins to bend. Плохая идея. Дисковая пила плохо очень режет при боковой подаче. Чуть затупилась передняя грань + налёт и диск начинает отгибать.
