DIY You can easily make your favorite cats [Shrink plastic×Resin]

I made a design sheet template that can make various cats.
You can combine them to make your cat look exactly the same or your favorite cat with shrink plastic. You can also dress up so you can enjoy fashionable. Please use it for brooches, key chains, hairpins, etc.

These are pretty. One could make magnets, paperclips, hair clips or brooch (etc) with these. If they were tiny, could be buttons.

You wrote this a year ago. I hope it didn’t last longer than that for your sanity’s sake. But I write this on 24 Feb 2022 and I have not travelled more than a couple of miles from my home in Australia (just for food etc) and have not spoken face to face with anyone other than the shop keeper, for 2 yrs!

Patricia Dumatrait if you are in the US look for “shrinky dinks” paper. They even have a frosted style that you dont have to sand :)

awesome. I do not like keeping pet, just watching cats and dogs, but your work of art on cat is beautiful. thanks for drawing sheet. can you do frosting (icing) clay on these cats from sheet - cat with hat and collar. i want to see how.

Try coloring shrink plastic on gray or tan paper instead of a white surface! It makes seeing your white powder/paint/pencil much easier

This seems like a very good project for the whole family of to teach people how to start in arts and crafts having them draw their own characters, tracing over it with a pen might help with the inking process, how to safely use the oven with thsi plastic, how to apply resin to finish a piece and then they can keep it as a charm to remember every art form requires practice and hard work

If the oven can keep the temperature at 320 ° F, I don't think there is any problem. Please watch carefully when you are baking.😀

Espectacular el detalle y todo perfecto, queria preguntarle busqué estas hojas de plastico para el horneado, pero las que hay, no se vuelven asi de espesas estas son diferentes??? Las que yo veo que venden en internet se reduce un 50 % y no cambia su espesor lo que usted hace el objeto queda al menos de 5 mm de espesor, que referencia son??? Gracias definitivamente es una verdadera artista, se nota su profesionalismo y creatividad.. ningun canal trabaja con tanta perfeccion, ahi es donde uno ve quien es un verdadero artista y profesional. Los otros canales son de una nulidad al lado de lo que usted hace, felicidades.

Utilice láminas de plástico con un grosor de 0,3 mm o 0,4 mm. El material es poliestireno. Esperamos que lo mismo esté disponible en su país.

Absolutely beautiful! I lost my Tuxedo cat and want to do this. She had light green eyes with an aqua ring in the center. I think that she would look pretty in this method. Thank you for your instruction. I do have one question: how do you cure the resin. ❤️🐈‍⬛

UV LED resin is used, so it is cured with a nail lamp. Sunlight also works, but it takes longer.

How do you keep your shrink flat? Mine is always slightly curved, they cool so fast that i don’t have much time to press it with anything heavy. Loveee your work ❤️

Can I know when drawing the picture is on the sanded side or non sanded? Becoz last time I drew the pic on non sanded side, if I accidentally touch then the pic will become dirty

My cat passed away last month due to lung cancer. She was the prettiest girl in the world. 1 in a million. She was Siberian, Neva's Masquerade cat with the biggest blue eyes and cute little pink nose. I love her and miss her so much! I wish I could make something like that and wear her portrait as a necklace or a bracelet so she still would be with me.
