Lovely , waiting for home tour , once the raw jackfruit is boiled with tumeric n salt in water after that once fry it in oil till it's golden brown the taste will be changed also try fresh coconut n onion paste as base with oy coriander n jeera powder no more masala required n red chilli powder n green chillies no need of gram masala too

Hey one recommendation when ever u make curd at home.. just boil let it cool down when the milk is just less than walm then put one pinch of curd n don't mix it rather mix or blend the milk before you put the curd.. (don't touch after you put the curd)

Hi dear That’s not the rightward to make jackfruit. You have to make slices . Add crushed coconut , turmeric , little chilli, curry leaf , ginger garlic. And cook with some water. Also salt. Once it cooked in a pan add some oil , mustard,curry leaf and raw chilli. Then this oil add to jackfruit . Trust me it’s delicious. I am from Kerala . My mom 😍used to make this in my childhood too
