Items needed: Cardboard or thermocol for base, 4 LED lights strip, 9V battery or an adapter, wires, Green, black and yellow paper (as required), Toys, Hot glue, scissors. I did not follow any particular dimensions. The base size is a size of a chart paper. You can make buildings in approximate sizes.
