I'm a new mum and have been proactive in trying to help boost my mental health after a traumatic birth 3 months ago. I've taken an interest in DIY and wood work. So far most KZfaq videos I've watched have been a bit too much for a beginner. Even the ones with "easy beginner" in the title. This is the first video I've seen that you don't require alot of fancy tools or skills to do these projects! Thanks man! Just subscribed

Thank you for this! I'm a middle-aged woman with health issues and also a novice wood worker. I really appreciate how you keep things simple and approachable. These projects are do-able for somebody who might have limited energy to get the job done, and they look great! I'm totally gonna make the sunglasses holder for my hubby's reading glasses. I'm tired of finding them all over the house. Crunched a pair under my foot the other night. The cat knocks them off of the desk for fun. I've seen other glasses holder ideas that look kind of silly, but yours looks clean and classy. God bless!

Good job. What I like about your videos is that you avoid the interminably long shots of cutting, planeing and jointing the wood before your viewers can discern what you are up to. Keep it short and keep the ideas coming.

Love how this is a DIY channel that people can realistically use, most required you to have like a $3000 set up in the first place. these projects turned out really professional looking and practical and look like I can make them even in my apartment. Awesome job man! Thanks!

succulent info! don't keep the soil moist all the time, let it dry out and stay dry and since you don't have drainage holes, wait longer between watering. use a syringe to water that way you can water right under the floret to get the root ball but they only need a few teaspoon of preferably rain water or few days old tap water. also they need bright filtered sunlight, not direct but a few minutes a day is okay to allow stress color to show. how that helps!

I have watched the video on the section for the cacti planter several times and today I am going to buy some wood and screws. I'll make mine slightly different, but I really like the idea of using cedar and not putting drainage holes in it, but preventing water from going through the planter by using pond liner. I also want to thank you for giving me a link to amazon to buy some pond liner. I am using a different liner, but you got me to the right place for finding it. Your video was very clean--just showing the info needed and the measurements in the "show more" section. The video was well done and I really liked it. Also Kudos for warning folks about not over watering cacti--especially in the winter.

I sure like your projects sir! They are stupidly simple yet very nice projects! 😊😊😊 One add suggestion is to always add drain holes in your planter. You may not "plan" on over watering the plants but one point or another, they WILL get too much water. Just a CYA!

Love all these projects- the glasses case is probably my favorite, they look so nice and organized like that! With the succulents let the soil dry out completely before watering again, keeping the soil moist usually leads to them wilting all mushy. Ive killed so many in the past with water enthusiasm lol
