Ok look...... IF you can't actually prove that Envy absolutely knew this was a complete scam, you can't blame Envy popularity as a form of "it's his fault" just because he has done business wit Cesar. I keep hearing "I only invested because of Envy." That won't even hold up in court!! Envy shouldn't be the reason to invest in somebody and their business. The reason should be is because *YOU* are interested in the business and wanting returns on your money. Envy has nothing to do wit that. That is solely *"YOUR CHOICE."* Yeah, you could've been encouraged by Envy words but that's just encouragement. He never made you, nor have Envy taken a single dollar from anyone. You can't hold Envy responsible. If someone said, "I need a tool set so bad" but they never told you to go get it and you went and stole one out the store and got jammed up, right? If that person just stated "I need a tool set," they're not going to jail wit you. You acted on your own!! *"YOUR CHOICE!"* Now, if they told you and you did it, then yes, they can go to jail for receiving stolen property. But if Envy never knew Cesar was squandering money from people, you can't charge Envy for that.
