Following his #1 smash hit 'Louder' - one of 2011's biggest-selling singles - DJ Fresh is back with his new single 'Hot Right Now', featuring the vocal talents of Rita Ora.

Googled up a bit and you might be right. Though I think shitty quality is 2.1 stereo and HD might be 5.1, when bitrate is still around 192kbps.
