Truth Crushed To Earth has the trippiest sickest, darkest and most brilliant beats Lethal ever dropped period. Absolutely loved to hear him talk about him being proud of that album and wanting to leave his mark as a producer as a hardcore fan this makes 💯 total sense . Man, it's time H.o.p & Cypress join up on a project in 2021 🔥🔥🔥

DJ Lethal might be the most underrated producer in the history of hip hop when you consider his tremendous success and impact he's had throughout his career. He can stack dough with the best of them, yet remains relatively unknown and unappreciated. Crazy to say that about a guy who has probably outsold 99% of his peers.

This is THE best Lethal interview ever. Period. He shared some amazing details that fill in a lot of blanks in my mind. As a hardcore Bizkit fan, this is a true gold mine. Really well put together. Winning that singed LP is just a bonus at this point. But I would still love to win it 😉 Thanks Lee for sharing and thanks Scott for hosting this interview.

Same as it ever was is dope and underrated but house of pain especially everlast fell out with dj muggs which is why dj muggs did not do music production on their last lp but the third was missing that dj muggs eerie loony dark instrumentals on it

I have drunk a beer, smoked a joint and had Leor chilling in my car with me and can honestly say he is one of the nicest person's I have ever met. A gentleman and one of the finest DJ's ever. The album 'The Truth Crushed to the Earth Shall Rise Again' is (as I told him also) one of the most slept on albums ever. Listen to it and tell me different !!!! Much love and respect to my friend Leor 😎🌴✅

I wonder if he ever reached out to Danny during his worldwide success with Limp, he could have used a featuring on a LB track, some royalties, or exposure. Danny was in a downward spiral hitting rock bottom while Le was on top of the world. 🥲

Big FD was Doug Goldstein’s management company who managed Guns N’ Roses in the mid-90s, he had signed an early version of the LB band. Probably sold it without complications because GN’R was plenty to handle (or simply got an ultimatum from Axl 😄).

I grew up on beasties cypress misfits grateful dead and House of Pain I came up as a smoker to that stuff . As a suburban white teen stoner I was into NWA but related more to House of Pain...they brought the hard edge to where the Beasties left off, in my mind ....I loved Lethal and Muggs equally and still do . I happened to find this I'm smoking some bubblehash and this interview feels like I'm literally couchlocked in the room w them, chilling in the cut just listening to one of my musical heroes reminisce on his tremendous career. Lol This is the single best House of Pain- related interview I've ever seen. I thoroughly enjoyed this. he seemed lit af and really stoked to talk about it and it truely produced a solid informing and exciting interview . Subbed . really appreciate this Lethal is one of the most original and gnarliest hip-hop producers of all time . 🥂

Funny cause Unquestionable truth is best Bizkit album in my opinion. Wish it was longer though. But it is a heavy ass album and it is like right in your face. The atmosphere is really dark. And of coure I know that there are a lot heavyer bands out there but when I hear this record I get a vibe that the world is about to end... I loved every second of it.

Im sorry but this attitude just drives me NUTS. I think if the band took things seriously and stopped the whole joke party thing that would surprise themselves and US. THey are capable of greatness. A serious lb album would garner them much needed respect and get the band excited and proud again. The fact they are worried about tarnishing a a legacy is ridiculous. If anything if they dont do a new album they will be seen as the band that had tons of potential but squandered it.

They tried doing serious albums with Results May Vary and The Unquestionable Truth, and people hated it. Then they came back with Gold Cobra and everyone loved it. Their style, and the popularity that comes with it speaks for itself, man.

@@GreatBeardofWisdom while i agree with what you said, its is also true that it was decided to put out TUTp1 with literally no marketing at all. highest marketing it had was bizkit site promoting it and maybe some US-based sticker marketing but mainly it was word of mouth it relied on. so this why most lb haters don't even know that this ep album exists cause it was just released and only ppl interested in the band would find out about it.
