WOW! I always thought Rafik was amazing but this video is just insane. The thing I like is that if you close your eyes it's just as good. There are so many videos of scratch legends out there that everyone creams over, and yes, they're technicslly good, but if you remove the video they sound crap. That's something I look for as it's all about making music and this did it, big time!

scratching has come along way since transforming !!... i use to think 20 years ago when i was super quick with transforming that scratching couldnt get any better.. i kinda feel like a ol' school washed up dj who always reminisces on my glory days watching these youngsters now ! haha..its all good baby boy.. !

He does sound very clean on this set (on PDX's) But in some of the other vids ive seen, he has been very very dead on presice on 1200's, i think the main difference is if he performs on a Digital vinyl system like(serato or traktor scratch and its latency) Besides, when your a world champ, people want to hear the world champ sets.

Anyone has a clue what's that scratch he does quite often, the one when he sort of twiddles his double timed baby scratches?

naaah, right handed turntablists generally have the left on the vinyl and right on the fader. alot more focus and coordination is needed for the fader. rafik here is left handed i believe

Ive noticed that the majority of DJ's scratch on the right turntable, are they left handed or right? I can only coordinate my right on the fader and left on scratching, is this shit normal for right handed people?
