In the updated version of the premiere episode, the focus is on Starz's Feature Presentation intros. Since they had unique intros for movie premieres on Saturday nights (until the 2013 rebrand), these intros will also be included.
Do note that the 2011 Starz Saturday Premiere intro featured is actually a recreation, simply because the full intro of the real thing (while it exists somewhere) has been incredibly hard to find. In fact, the recording uploaded to KZfaq with the intro intact only has the ratings screen.
Another thing that I should mention: Even though it will still be known as Starz in the U.S. and Canada, it has been renamed to Lionsgate Plus everywhere else on September 30, 2022.

nice way of recreating Saturday Premiere! and I HAD MEMORIES OF VARIOUS TIMES THROUGHOUT 2011-2013 era. Oh, make the Starz Originals themes too!

Well, the remade 2011 Saturday Premiere intro isn't mine, as it belongs to the user I credited in the video. Just to be on the safe side, I have to give credit to every video that I use in every episode I do for the Logo History Series, even if it means crediting myself because I uploaded a video. Also, I don't think I can make the Starz Originals themes, but I can, however, consider the Starz Originals logos as the subjects for a future episode of the series.

@@DJ_Saunders I know it isn't yours but it looks AMAZING! I never saw that Saturday Premiere on TV but I did see the 2011-2013 feature presentation on Kids and Family before, I think it was during their Building Blocks. Such a Shame I never saw that SP on actual TV before... :( But I can't stop coming back for that background music!

I was very lucky to see the full 2011 Saturday Premiere intro on TV. However, I was only eight years old at the time when I first saw it, and I didn't really have anything to capture it with, so...

Fun fact for you: Throughout December 2012, Starz began to slowly phase in the era of Taking You Places (the graphics/bumpers made by a company called yU+co), on some select promos (especially on Men in Black 3). Then eventually, I think beginning around very late-January/early-February 2013, Starz completely retired the 2011-2013 era (and the 2012-2016 look became much more widespread). From what I’ve seen via KZfaq, January 13, 2013 is the latest use of the 2011-2013 era (so far). So, based on that piece of evidence, the answer of them completely retiring the 2011-2013 era, still lies somewhere between 1/13/2013 to 2/21/2013. I did say that "I can't really do the FP intros for MGM+ because I'd need the very first intro from the 2009 launch package, and it sadly seems to be lost to time," but after Carlos Aguilar pointed out that the 2009 intro has been found (and yet undocumented for 10 years!), I'll do the Feature Presentation intros. It will be a while, though, because they're going to appear in my Valentine's Day episode for the series.
