I spent years in studio next door to Dj ss,i was in house producer for Formation records 1993-1999,and I was there when he did most of his best tunes I collaborated on a few too,i supplied the samples for Black also(give it to me baby sample)which I got from Leicester markets vinyl dealers I also started the country series with Germany.. track called Berlin,,many crazy times indeed,,

Big up Paul!! You made some classics. I loved the Formation Countries Series!! Big up all the Leicester crew for representing. The scene had blown up across the country. Formation Records were pioneering the Jungle sound.

It was being done in '94 though 😛Johnny '94 (Kings of the Jungle Remix). The most headf**k tune I have ever heard for the amen break and nothing I have heard has ever beat it.

@@EpicWinz i think there might be something completely unrelated with the same keywords, so they click dislike to make the algorithm not bring up musical results. That's really what like/dislike do. They tell KZfaq what to return in future searches.

@@benignword8233 I didn’t know that initially. I’ve had to dislike things to stop certain things coming up. The example I give is that as a flute/sax/clarinet player (amateur), I search for ‘fingering’, blowing’ and ‘tonguing’!! 😝, so I need to make sure the search results are relevant. The recent hidden dislikes thing is a no-no. It’s so that when propagandist videos are uploaded, there’s no display of public rejection.

Miid 90s sets he played at United Dance were phenomenal. Creative DJ playing a lot of his own material mixed to perfection to a receptive crowd on a superb sound system. Happy days.

Oo Boii! I totally forgot how awesome are DJ SS’s tunes... my brain is freakin twisted again... thanks YT, thanks MB75 !! But for last 23 years never abandoned the board with such music. Anyway since my Hard Drive is broken around 130GB of music with such amazing production is lost still trying recover my library in stream apps. U r the gold mine! Regards🤘

Of course it wasn't. Leceister was on the map with this. The Sanctuary was in the Milton Keynes. Kool FM had a sister station in the midlands. Metalheadz in Wolverhampton. The Full Cycle crew in Bristol. Marcus Intalex was from Burnley. Manchester and Birmingham had big rave scenes. It true was a nationwide thing.

Nearly all samples. Amen break, 808's, sampled vox ('Hold On' by En Vogue - wicked 90s soul riddim), a sampled pads, and maybe a pad from a synth.
