I'm a drummer, yet my favorite Slipknot member is Sid. The shit he can do is absolutely insane. DJing is just cool, plain and simple, and it's even cooler in a metal context.

A Kaoss pad isn’t a sampler. It’s a groove box/fix unit.

So what it wasn't the best demo but fuckin hell I rekon that's hard to get used to. Hes a vinyl DJ NOT a producer. Yeah hes had a couple of albums out that wernt too clever but so what that's why he ant made no more. Bet half of you couldn't do no where near as good.

Cris-SiS 666 Efectos de bateria más pesados? no me jodas si para eso están los percusionstas, los samples te los metes por el orto porque en vivo ni se escuchan y es algo que puede hacer Sid tranquilamente, el teclado, solo se escucha en 2 o 3 canciones. Tuvieron que haber echado a Craig en vez de a Joey.

lol, shut up people, Sid is essential for Slipknot, Craig is mediocre, he just stands there headbanging for an hour and a half with a very minimal sampler, the only thing he does is press the key for the sample at the right moment and thats it, thats all he does (I´ve also read many times that he controls guitar effects too but there is no proof of that), Sid on the other hand does live scratching, syncing, adding effects, eqing, etc, difficult techniques, do some research before making silly comments, besides Craig hasn´t changed his mask since 2001!

Either this is so experimental that I don't get it, or he doesn't know how to make self standing music since he's been on the background for so long. This would work augmenting some other stuff though. And his scratch sounds are fucking amazing.
