I hear a lot of "this is way better than the original" from reactors on HF covers. Imagine the scene: We're in a band manager's office. In comes (insert your favorite 'not Home Free' act here) who have just had a big hit with (insert title of your favorite song here). The manager says, "I have good news and bad news." It's not a song, but you might enjoy watching "Southerner in the Snow". It's a video Tim made when he went to visit his bandmates in Minnesota - in the winter 😂. It's hilarious! I don't remember seeing Rob but you get to see Adam's house and hot tub, and his daughter makes an appearance. Tim could do stand-up comedy just as well as music.

A sort of "sequel" video to this is "Between a Rock and a Hard Place" which features some hilarity, some serious Tim growl, Austin wail, Chance butter, and Adam's beatboxing on a bull!

I will tell you right away that Adam's wife and family are seldom in their videos by chouce. But you can see his adorable daughter in Sunday Best as well as Rob and Kelsey,Austin and Amberly, Chance and his wife, Sami and Tim with some of his fur babies. Spaceship is focused on Rob and his wife and is the sweetest video ever I think. Down to the Honkytonk shows Tim's wife, Jenika, Chance and his wife and Rob with his whole family. "Die a Happy Man" is focused on Tim and Jenika, recreating the day he proposed. And Some Girls Do shows Chance and Sami. But the best for them is the song Cover Me Up but to see the extra special thing, you have to watch all the way to the end.😊😊

I think you should see "A southerner in the snow". There you can see the familiy from Adam. It's no music video, but it's very funny.

Tim's baseline is brilliant throughout, but those subwoofer notes near the end are the bomb! They always make my brain vibrate in such a good way and I'm so glad you noticed. Not everyone does. Definitely worth watching more than once to get all the little details. Tim's personal storyline in the video is so funny! And those are his wife's legs striding past at the beginning. Hillbilly Bone has three or four of their significant others, if I remember correctly. It's also one of my favorite HF releases. It's a really fun cover that they execute brilliantly. On the other hand, I'm not sure why more of the Home Fries aren't recommending Helplessly Hoping. I've heard people describe it as HF's masterpiece. I love most of what they do, but I think it's one of a handful of signature pieces that define who they are as a band and separates them from the others.

Btw, you saw Tim's wife, Jenika's legs in this one. And yes, that was Eric Beugler, Beugs, who was in the Butts Medley. He and Rob are childhood friends and cohost a movie podcast together called the Avid Indoorsman. The video Friends In Low Places and White Christmas show most of the Significant Others, while Down To The Honkeytonk and Sunday Best includes some of the pets too.

That’s Tim’s wife Jennica that walks by with the “long long legs”. And Jennica at the table with Rob’s friend (sorry I’ve forgotten his name) that does the little finger wave that sends Rob a shot. I have a recommendation for a HF video that you have to watch several times because the video is so entertaining that you forget to listen the song! ~ Brother ~ And Rob's vocals are beautiful.

Spaceship is one that shows Rob's family growing. Down to the Honky Tonk has most of their families. Adam's wife doesn't like to be in many videos, but she is in one of their Christmas videos (at the end).

In my opinion, they ALWAYS sound better than the original. I may absolutely love the original, but there's just something about Home Free's way of performing!

One of the few videos where you will get to see Adam's wife Ericha is in Friends in Low Places (it's an old video with Chris Rupp not Chance doing baritone). Tim's wife Jenika (although she was his girlfriend when it was shot) and Austin's old girlfriend Olena are in it too. Tim sings lead and it will make you wish you could be there with them.

Their cover of “Sunday Best” has all the family members except Adam’s wife. She is not comfortable with the spotlight/attention so she isn’t usually in videos though.

This is such a fun video. Reminds me of the movie "Groundhog Day" where the same day is repeated over & over. Love Tim's super low bass in this one & Adam's beatboxing. It is so funny watching Tim getting all the extra drinks from Rob & the faces he makes. It is about being tempted but staying faithful to your mate. Drinking too much can let your guard down. In the end Rob goes home with his real wife who picks him up from the bar.

Adam's wife doesn't appear in a whole video but you see a bit of her in "friends in low places"....and some others I don't remember right now ;-) If I were to suggest another video to react to it would be "Can't stop the feeling" ...it's one of my faves!!!

The guy in the short short overalls in Butts and in this one the guy that buys Rob a drink are both the same guy. He happens to be a good friend of Rob's. In the Butts song they just randomly asked him if he wanted to be in it and the rest is history. The video that has their families in it is a Christmas one but it's hosted by Chris Rupp and has Chance in it. Not sure if there's others but that's the one I know
