@@stco2426 Ownership is irrelevant, its what constitutes a public highway. All roads and paths are owned by someone, local authorties, councils, private enterprise like M6 toll and toll bridges . If it can be driven upon, walked upon, ridden upon by ordinary members of the public without hindrance of a clearly defined legal boundary prevent thus, its a public highway.

My understanding is that an nda means the company cannot disclose details about their client, if it was about the product then they technicly wouldnt be allowed to deal with or sell that same product to other clients. This woman is a fool.

Steel grinding, plasma or oxy-acetylene cutting dust / fumes extraction is possibly the reason for the roof discolouration DJ. Ferrous metal dust would go rusty - which could be what's causing the discolouration you can see.

To assist you in future, councils publish a document that lists all the roads and streets "maintainable at public expense". If a road isn't listed as maintainable at the public expense (such as the one in this video) then it's a private road. Unfortunately on this occasion that means you were in breach of the CAA regulations on taking off and landing on private property without permission.

The deposit on the roof is the same colour as the pipes they are making. There are two outlet pipes where the red deposit is. There could be a spray booth beneath.
