Today we take a look at CYRUS ONE DATA CENTRE LON4, 225B Bath Road, Slough SL1 5PP.
We speak to security who inform us that we cannot film the building. We mention the drone and they call the police.
The police call handler puts then straight and we send them back to work.

It is perfectly legal and lawful to film a private business. No permission is required. No questions need to be answered. No permission is required to fly a drone over the buisness. Breaking GDPR and making a false police report is a criminal offence.

Problem with cooling towers is the rate at which the heat needs to be given off nothing absorbs that better than to air. Converting it to another system just adds more machines, more power and more things to go wrong. Your logic isn't wrong tho these places use hella lot of power.

It would be brilliant if you took the s.i.a. badge course. Of course you wouldn't be able to record but it would show you how easy it is to get one and you could pass on your findings to your viewers. I guarantee it will be an eye opener. I know because i held a licence for many years.

The title 'security guard' needs scrapping because they think it gives them some sort of right to question civilians and carry out a Walter Mitty style investigation. Take those uniforms off them as well. They need to wear something like an apron. Just something that doesn't trigger their egos.
