Ай бұрынWhat was meant to be a simple fly-around of some local lakes turned into a mini disaster. I misjudged a Split-S maneuver, had to drive half a mile to retrieve the drone, and navigated through nettles and thorn bushes. The gimbal's rubber plastic support snapped, causing it to detach on one side. I carefully disassembled it, super-glued the rubber anchor, and reassembled the gimbal. She's up and running again-a life saved. #avata2 #fpvdrone #dji #manualmode #avata

I know how you feel because I heard that the drone fell and went into a thorny vine and got hurt. I found it after 10 months. It got caught in a tree and fell in the wind. 👍 Thank you for your hard work. You shouldn't get hurt yourself.❤

Glad it didn't sink into the water! Mine broke in the same way but since I had purchased the DJI care thing, I sent it for repairs and waiting for the quote.

If you have claimed under the DJI care refresh plan then the price to replace it is standard - £39 excess for any repair claim whereby the drone is recovered and returned to them. The rest of the repair cost is insured by the plan (that's why you buy it so you don't have to worry about quotes after crashing).

Yep, Practice, Practice and more Practice. I don't use the simulators, find them too different from reality.

Very nice flying until the unlucky crash - it happens. Glad you were able to recover it - I hope you got care refresh to cover the repair bill.

all that area you could of crashed in and you choose the worse area possible.
